10" Japanese Chef Damascus Steel
Some cooks prefer the feel and handle of a longer chef’s knife. For them, we offer this 10" Chef's Knife. The longer blade provides additional cutting leverage and is especially handy when it comes to cutting larger foods. That said, it is an all-purpose blade ideal for a wide variety of cutting tasks—slicing, dicing, and chopping just about anything in the kitchen. The longer blade also enables you to cut more with fewer strokes—for example, cutting several potatoes at once instead of just one. This is especially important for the productivity of commercial kitchens.
Strength, Hardness & Wear Resistance
The handle of this knife is made of high quality Rosewood. This hardwood gives the handle an Anti Distorting, Anti Fading and Tasteless, Non Absorbent characteristics.

The blade is made of 73 layer Damascus steel and 10Cr15CoNoV core and goes through multi processes to sharpen its edge. The Knives are treated at high temperature to melt then at -200 degrees through an ice forging process and then a heat treatment at 1000 degrees. This results in a super sharp, beautiful textured knife.
